Hss circular saw blade is often used in cutting medium hardness
metal materials, such as steel, iron, aluminum and copper, which
can also be used in milling other non-metallic materials.

Surface Treatment: VAPO, TIN, TIAIN, TICN
Tooth Type: A/ AW/ B/ BW/ C
Bore Diameter: 32mm, 40mm, 50mm, or as request.
VAPO: Special Oxidation, It produces a large of iron oxide( Fe3O4)
on the surface, which increases the wear-resistance and overall
life, suitable for cutting general material.
TIN: Titanium Nitride Coating, it’s an excellent PVD coating for
protecting saw blade from wear. It is a good choice for iron based
materials and cutting condition’s requiring resistance to both
abrasive and adhesive wear.
TIAIN: Titanium Aluminum Nitride Coating, this coating is a new
multi-layer wear protecting PVD coating. Recommended for high
tensile strength material above 800N/mm and stainless steel,
responds very favorably to high speed and feed rates as rates well
as extreme working conditions like dry cutting.
TICN: Titanium Carbon Nitride Coating. It is a high performance PVD
coating, suitable for severe abrasive wear cutting conditions,
recommend for high tensile strength materials above 800N/mm and
stainless steel, especially for cutting the material in high speed
and feed rate.
The Metal Cutting Tool saw blades are used on manual,
semi-automatic and fully automatic sawing machines to cut tubes and
pipes, open sections and solid sections up to 200 mm. It's suitable
for cutting off steels and alloys with hardness between 500N/mm2
The HSS circular saw blades are mainly ised in automobile,
motorcycle manufacturing, stainless steel furniture industry,
thick-walled metal pipe factory, bicycles, baby carriage industry
and building decoration industry.
Tooth “A”: This is usually used for cutting mild steel which is
easy to be cut off. It is accepted 2mm-4mm pitch or more.
Tooth “AW”: This tooth type is almost same as tooth A, except for
chamfering in turns. Nowadays, this type is hardly used, and tooth
A and tooth BW are used instead of this type.
Tooth “B”: Because it is changed straight part of A into curve, the
gullet of chip is bigger, makes it be able to cut the thicker
Tooth “BW”: This type is almost same as B, except for chamfering in
turns. The load is less than B, and it is suitable for cutting
thick material. This type is applied to cut nonferrous pipe,
profile and heavy metal solid bar. Usually, A or B is used in
cutter, and BW or C is used in saw.
Tooth “C”: goes by the name of high-lowe form. The difference of
contiguous tooth is 0.15mm-0.3mm. It has good performance in
cutting round solid bar, rectangular solid bar, heavy metal and
